Alumni Loyalty Discount

Requirements:

1. Alumni Verification:

   • The alumnus must present a valid Alumni ID and a government-issued ID for verification purposes when availing the discount for the first time.

2. Proof of Consanguinity:

   • The eligible direct family member (child, sibling, grandchild, or nephew/niece) must submit a valid ID as well as proof of their relationship to the alumnus, such as a copy of the NSO birth certificate.

3. Proof of Graduation:

   • The alumnus must provide proof of graduation from the institution, such as a photocopy of the diploma or transcript of records from ASBT.

Guidelines

1. Discount Application:

   • Those who are eligible will receive a 5% discount on tuition fees, excluding laboratory fees, per quarter of enrollment for the duration of their study at the institution.

   • The discount will not apply to other fees, including but not limited to miscellaneous fees, penalty charges, and other associated fees.

2. Ineligibility for Concurrent Discounts:

   • Students who qualify for the Alumni Loyalty Discount are not eligible to receive other promotional discounts simultaneously. This includes:

     • Service Grant

     • Academic Discount

     • ESC (Education Service Contracting)

     • TLC (Taguig Learner’s Certificate)

     • SHSVP (Senior High School Voucher Program)

     • Sibling Discount

3. Admission Requirement:

   • The Alumni Loyalty Discount will only apply if the eligible direct family member (child, sibling, grandchild, or nephew/niece) meets the admission requirements for their chosen program.

4. Eligible Family Members:

   • All children of an alumnus are eligible to apply for and receive the discount, regardless of the number of children.

   • Only one (1) relative from an alumnus' extended family (i.e., sibling, grandchild, or nephew/niece from a sibling) may apply for and receive the discount.

Important Notes:

• Verification: The institution reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all documents submitted to confirm eligibility for the discount.

• Non-transferability: The discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the eligible direct family member of the alumnus.

• Changes: The institution reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Alumni Loyalty Discount at any time without prior notice.
