Requirements

1. Report Card (Form 138)

2. Recent 2x2 ID Picture (2 Pcs)

3. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)

4. Baptismal Certificate - for Catholics (Photocopy)

5. Certificate of Good Moral Character

6. ESC Certificate ( if transferee is a grantee)

We accommodate students with incomplete requirements, provided they complete an undertaking form as part of the enrollment process.

1. Secure Admission Clearance

2. Fill out Enrollment Form

3. Pay the Php 3,000 enrollment reservation fee or required down payment via GCash, BPI, or at the ASBT cashier office.

4. Issuance of the Official Registration Form and Assessment of Fees.
